About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads to join our experienced team of marketing, advertising professionals, and creatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside seasoned industry experts who will provide support, insights, and collaboration to help you succeed. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, making it ideal for an experienced digital marketer looking for a part-time opportunity with a strong support system.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.

• Conduct keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies.

• Develop ad copy, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve campaign performance.

• Monitor and analyze campaign data to ensure maximum ROI.

• Manage budgets, track spending, and provide performance reports.

• Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.

• Work closely with our team of marketers, advertisers, and creatives to align campaigns with business goals and brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.

• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Experience with remarketing, shopping ads, or performance max campaigns is a plus.
