As part of a marketing push to increase awareness of a new housing development in St. Albans, Gasoline Media were asked to create a brand for 424 Main Road, St. Albans along with print and digital collateral.
We created a brochure for promoting the townhouses, plus Social Media marketing including videos and stills to target the audience online.
We used the Social Media campaign to drive people to a custom landing page we created, where users could enquire via online form or direct contact details of the sales consultant.
Ultimately, this strategy resulted in a huge increase in viable leads for the client.
